Recipe of the Week

fudge-larabars_thumbChocolate “Lara bars” (or balls)

1 cup walnuts (cashews or almonds work also)
1 1/3 cup pitted dates
3-4 TBS cocoa powder ( I like dark chocolate)
2/3 tsp vanilla

Mix in food processor or magic bullet
Roll into 1/2″ to 1″ balls or spread into brownie pan and cut bars
Keep in refrigerator

Literally takes 5 min and so good!
