Here’s how it works:
- You purchase one session at a time, or a package of 10 or 15.
Personal Training
- 1-on-1 Training
60 min session – $80; Packs of 8 sessions – $70 each, 12 sessions – $65 each
30 min session – $55; Packs of 8 sessions – $50 each, 12 sessions – $45 each
- Pair Training
60 min session- $45 per person/per session; Packs of 10 sessions- $40 each, 15 sessions – $37 each
30 min session – $30 per person/per session; Packs of 15 sessions – $27 each
Group Training
Our group training sessions offer more than you can get from a typical gym class. Each group workout will be personalized to fit your needs and abilities, while still enjoying the camaraderie of the group participants.
Every workout will start with a dynamic warm-up, and includes exercises that improve balance, agility, strength and overall fitness. If you are looking for freedom in your schedule, as well as the freedom to participate in whatever, whenever life gives you the opportunity…Run a charity 5k next week? Travel to hike or ski? No Problem! You can- because you are the definition of fitness!
Monday/Wednesday/Friday mornings =5:15, 6:15, 7:15, 9:15; 10:15*except Mondays; Tuesday/Thursday 4:30pm-5:30pm
Monday and Wednesday 5-5:30pm Group- get in and get out! $25

Policies
Fees for all scheduled appointments must be paid in advance. 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Fees for skipped appointments without prior notification will be charged at the full rate.
